On-line Purchase Process

What to expect when making an online purchase from the Sterling Studio!

 After orders are processed, they typically ship no later than the following Saturday

After you have made your online purchase by:

  1. Adding the desired items to your cart then clicking “View Cart” to validate the items that you ordered is all there and correctly listed.
  2. Proceed to checkout to complete the name, billing, shipping, email addresses.
  3. Next click “Proceed to checkout” then enter payment information to our secure online payment processor “Square” then click “Submit”.

After we confirm payment for your order, you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email related to your payment approval.

  1. The next email that you receive from the Sterling Studio will show your order was received with an order number and details indicating that your order is being processed.
  2. Your order will remain in “Processing” status until payment and address verification are complete and merchandise perfection checks are done, and your items have been shipped. (This process can take  longer if a postal or federal holiday is involved)
  3. At that point, you will receive an email indicating that your order will be marked “Complete” including your tracking number and estimated arrival time frame.
  1. ** It is 100% YOUR responsibility to ensure the delivery address given with your order is safe from Porch Pirates or any other danger or problems.  The Sterling Studio accepts no responsibility anything happens to your purchase once shipped.**

*Once your package has arrived:

  • Check the outer packaging for any holes or damage that may have occurred during shipping. If there is any damage to the package or it appears to have been opened, take photos and Video from all angles.  Do not open it any further.  Mark it “DAMAGED” and write “Return to Sender” on the package and take it to the Post Office to send it back!!!
